ITERA International Group of Companies held the Board of Directors meeting to discuss the issues of reorganization, strategic development, fulfillment of 2007 business plan and budget. The BOD also reviewed information on domestic and international projects in production and transportation of gas, electric power and construction.
The key indicators of business plan and budget for 2007 were reported as being successfully implemented.
According to the Chairman of ITERA Group Board of Directors Igor Makarov gas business remains the core activity of the Group. The strategic target is to develop the resource base and expand gas market.
As before the priority activities of ITERA are gas supply and gasification in Sverdlovsk region, as well as projects implemented jointly with ÎÀÎ Gasprom in the framework of Cooperation Agreement.
The Board of Directors approved the progress of ITERA reorganization, the main activities and prospects in Turkmenistan together with development plans for ITERAINVEST Holding in the sphere of real estate construction.
