The revenue of ITERA Oil and Gas Company, Ltd. from gas sales (under Russian Accounting Standards) increased by 38.5% as compared to the same period of last year to Rubles 11.299 billion in January-March of 2008.
The revenue growth resulted from natural gas price increase by the Federal Tariff Service and from larger gas sales.
ITERA Oil and Gas Company had supplied consumers with 6454.1 million cu m of gas in the first quarter of 2008. This was 9% higher than that in the first quarter of 2007.
Net profit of the Company in the first quarter of 2008 went up by 28.5% if compared to that of 2007 to Rubles 1.222 billion.
