OJSC ITERA-Invest-Stroy and SU-155 Group of companies have signed a Joint Investment and Construction Activity in Belarus Agreement. The Agreement was signed in Moscow.
The document envisions the construction of the Minsk-City Business Center with a housing estate in the capital city of Belarus in 2008-2020. The construction site area is 318 ha, and the planned residential estate size is over 3 million sq. m.
The companies shall also construct an ‘A’ class cross-functional business-centre with a housing estate in Minsk by 2012. The total facility area is 250 thousand meters.
SU-155 has begun installing construction capacities and machinery in Belarus.
