ITERA-Invest-Stroi has repaid a signature loan of Rub. 104.8 million. The funds had been raised to finance the Investment Contracts in progress.
ITERA-Invest-Stroi of ITERA International Group of Companies is implementing 17 construction projects with a total area of 6 million square meters in Russia, Belarus and Turkmenistan.
These include a residential complex in Rublevskoye Shosse and an office center in Michurinski Prospect in Moscow, Pavlovy Ozera, a country settlement in the Moscow region, Minsk-City, a multi-purpose complex, and the Business Center in the capital city of Belarus, a sports complex with a stadium for 10000 seats in Turkmenistan.
Building cross functional complexes and country housing, re-development of industrial enterprises are the Company’s priorities.
