ITERA International Group of Companies (ITERA IGC) made a presentation of its projects at the Second International Exhibition «Turkmen Construction-2010» on August 20-22 in Ashkhabad. Over 130 national and foreign companies of 15 countries participated in the prestigious exhibition. The construction industry of Turkmenistan is living through a sweeping development: hundreds of industrial and social facilities are being constructed in all corners of the country. Leading foreign companies are involved in implementing important projects. Among those companies is ITERA International Group of Companies, a long time business partner of Turkmenistan. It is constructing infrastructural facilities for oil and gas industry and is implementing socially oriented projects.
Organizers and visitors of the Exhibition paid much interest to ITERA IGC exhibits, which demonstrably presented the Company’s participation in economic developments in the Turkmen land.
OOO ITERA-Invest-Stroi (ITERA Investment and Construction, LLC) put into operation a modern sports complex in Turkmenabat and completed construction of an Office Center of ITERA IGC in Ashkhabad last year. The Company is currently constructing two hippodrome complexes with seats for 3000 spectators each in the Balkan velayat (province) and Lebap velayat, and a comfortable hotel in Avaza, a national resort zone. ÎÎÎ MRK-Inginering (MRK-Engineering, LLC), an ITERA IGC company, is completing construction of a 198 kilometers-long main gas pipeline with a gas control and record system in the Central Kara Kum desert. Hydraulic testing is done with and the facility is being prepared for commissioning.
Development of oil and gas fields at the 21-st block of the Turkmen sector of the Caspian Sea is among ITERA priority projects. ITERA Oil and Gas Company, LLC is to construct producing and disposal wells, process platforms, shore complexes and pipelines, there.
Exposition of ITERA IGC was visited by leaders of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan: D. Orazov, M. Akmammedov, Kh. Mukhammedov, Kh. Saparalyjev, M. Yazmukhammedova, A. Nurberdyjeva, Chairperson of Majlis, M. Karryjev, Chairman of the Central Election Committee, D. Bairamov, Ya.Khommadov, heads of relevant ministries, Sh.Durdulyjev, khyakim of Ashkhabad, representatives of foreign Embassies and public organizations, mass media.
D. Karich, General Director of OOO ITERA-Invest-Stroi, S. Gorbachev, and Director of a Turkmen branch of ITERA Oil and Gas Company, LLC, representatives of other ITERA IGC companies took part in the Exhibition.
The ITERA International Group of Companies was awarded an honor diploma for active involvement in the Exhibition.
